Your privacy.
Kept simple.
This notice covers the State of Being website and early-access list. The iPhone app will have its own notice before testing begins.
What you share
The early-access form collects your email address, the time you request access and a record of the consent notice you agreed to. The contact form collects your email address, message and submission time. Neither form asks for health data.
How it is used
Your early-access email is used for occasional project updates and invitations to future testing, based on your consent. Joining does not guarantee a testing place. Contact messages are used to handle your enquiry; contacting us does not subscribe you to updates.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored in the website’s Cloudflare-backed database through the Sites hosting platform. Access is restricted to the project owner and necessary hosting providers. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts have been added. Hosting providers may process operational logs to deliver and protect the website.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent or ask to access, correct or delete your information through our contact form. Send the request using the email address you joined with. Requests are handled by the State of Being development project owner. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
How long it is kept
Early-access records are kept while the project is preparing testing and sending the updates you requested, until you withdraw consent or the list is closed. Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to respond and resolve the request. The project owner handles deletion requests and reviews continued retention.
Before public launch
This website is initially available privately for review. The project’s public contact and controller details will be confirmed before public launch, alongside the hosting providers’ data-processing and international-transfer arrangements.
